Cuplok Standards / Verticals
Cuplok Standards / Verticals are manufactured in various sizes for access and support. All the basic sizes have cups welded at 500mm. The captive mobile upper Cups are made of Malleable Casting / SG Iron Casting / Forging to endure rough site handling and welded bottom cups are pressed from deep drawn steel. The access standards are provided withy integral spigots, 150mm. Long at the top of each standard / Vertical for making vertical connections.Cuplok Standards / Vertical for making vertical connections. Cuplok Standards / Vertical are manufactured from tubes made of steel as per IS -1161 in different Grades.
All Ledgers / Horizontal have forged blade welded at the ends with minimum projections to avaid damage. Each component located itself in the Cup joint on the Standard / Vertical.
Ledger / Horizontals are available in various sizes to suit customer needs, depending on loading factors in support and wide range access requirements
Fixed Forkheads
For use with timber supports. The forkheads are designed for sue with single or double timbers of 75mm. nominal width and are used with a Universal Jack to give height adjustment.
Loose Spigot
When necessary. Verticals are connected end to end by on internal Spigot. This is lined to the lower Vertical with the help of spigot pins.
Adaptor
The drophead Adaptor units provide for an easy conversion of Dropheads from the Waffle and Trough or Metriform Support Systems for use with Cuplok.
Socket Base
The Socket base is used in conjunction with the Universal Jack Nd is drilled to allow for the insertion of a securing bolt if required.
Universal Jack
The Screw Jack provides a method of jacking which can be sued at either to p or bottom of a scaffold structure. It is used in conjuction with Forkheads and Drophead Adaptors. It is manufactured from 38mm. out side diameter Tube.
Adjustable Base Jack
This well proven prop type-zine planted, adjustable base jack, is a base component and provides a full 500mm. of coarse and fine adjustment, thereby covering the entire range between cup joints on verticals.
Spigot Pin
A quick action locking device which resists minor tensile forces between vertical members. There no loose nuts or bolts.
Longitudinal (face) Bracing
Face Braces are with swivel blades at either e3nds which locate in the cup joints for various bay sizes. Thery should be longitudinally branch in at least one bay to its full height in each 20m. run.
Standard Vertical Props / Shores
PROPS provides an ideal and economical method of support for all kind of Formworks, Slavs, Columns, Beams and Walls. Large number of obtainable adjustments between closed and open height, make Props most versatile to use.
PROPS ease of handling and storage minimizes the cost of labour, saves time and increases its life.
Lift inner tube as ne3ar as possible to height required. (Outer tube is kept steady by placing foot on base plate.)
Insert pin through slot in outer tube passing through the nearest hole in the inner tube.
Turn handle of nut for final adjustment.

Base Jacks are used to provide hight adjustments and a flat bearing surface for distributing load from Standard and other load bearing scaffold tube and scaffold frames. Jacks are also available with swivel base plate.

Fork Head drops into the head of the prop to carry timver beam and to ensure concentric loading. Vertical flanges are drilled for mailing or screwing. It is advisable to use 100mm long unit for single timber and 200mm long unit where two timbers butt together.
